Do you photograph and film everyone?
A.All are welcome, no matter your race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, etc. Here at Kristen Nguyen Co., I am welcome you as you are. I just want to tell your story.
Can I personalize my services?
A.Of course! If you find yourself looking through my services and loving my work, but not finding what you're looking for -- just holler! Many of them are base line and popular packages. You can add on outfits, time, expedited editing, and more. All you have to do is ask!
What happens if weather is bad?
A.You have a few options. We can embrace it, switch up locations, or I have several days within the same month for reschedules at no cost to you.
Do you offer discounts?
A.As of right now, I release discount codes in January and July for a limited time on social media. Black Friday sales have happened before, but not always, as well as around my own and KNC's birthdays. :)
How much are your services?
A.Most of my portrait packages begin at $300; event and branding packages begin at $400; and wedding packages at $1,250.
When can I expect to receive my photos or film?
A.I want to get your images and film back to you ASAP, promise. Turnaround time varies depending on the service.
Portraits - 4 weeks
Branding projects & events - 6 weeks
Events and weddings - 6-8 weeks (depending on the season)
How far in advanced should I book with you?
A.Right before photography seasons, I recommend 1-2 months in advanced or ASAP. This would be March through May + September through November. However, don't let that stop you from reaching out to check! For the remainder of the year, hit me up! Let's get you scheduled.
I want to go somewhere adventurous. Do you travel?
A.Absolutely! We can definitely talk details. Bucket list locations include Japan, Bali, Italy, France, and England.
Do you provide unedited images?
A.Sorry dude, but no. Pick me, choose me for my editing styles. I promise I can make your dreams come true!
Can I have raw footage of my film?
A.For weddings only, I offer raw film packages starting at $250. You can decide on moments you'd want raw videos of, including your speeches, your ceremony, first look. Raw, just the video. Mind you, these are not perfect, but these are all authentically in the moment.
